Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experience
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and newfunctions and features
Collaborate cross-functionally with business, engineering and other internal teams to ensure a smooth product development process
Build positive relationships with business and technology teams to develop UX guidelines and standards for use across all products
Lead presentations and design reviews with team members and managment stakeholders
Monitor and analyze how users work with the product and feed research insights into feature requirements
what we expect
A minimum of 6 years proffesional experience as a UX Designer
Strong collaboration skills - you are comfortable interacting with a variety of partners across managment, engineering and technology
Strong storytelling skills to facilitate communication about design rationale
Strong knowledge of interaction design and methodology
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Communicative command of English and Polish
Experience with design tools such as Axshare, Miro or similar
