Your Tasks

  • Administrating, maintaining and troubleshooting our system infrastructure
  • Managing and troubleshooting high profile and difficult technical issues escalated by other support or business teams
  • Administration of users and resources in the systems
  • Managing migrations of users between platforms
  • Configuring systems management tools for monitoring and capacity planning
  • Implementing solutions and processes to optimize operational efficiency, systems security and availability
  • Running applications, services and platforms to deliver a service portfolio according to SLA’s
  • Maintaining detailed functional and operational documentation
  • Our Requirements

  • University Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or experience in a related field
  • Working proficiency in English is a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform in an international team
  • Excellent problem solving, debugging / troubleshooting skills
  • Expert level knowledge in maintaining Private Branch Exchange (PBX) telephone systems and related hardware
  • Minimum of two years of experience in network and IP telephony administration and support in an Enterprise-scale environment
  • Strong hands-on experience in administrating related Microsoft technologies like : Windows Server, Active Directory, Skype for Business Servers
  • Hands-on experience using network protocol analyzers such as Wireshark
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Session Border Controller platforms is a plus
