Your role :
You’ll design and implement test strategies for different projects that include functional, nonfunctional testing and test automation
You’ll review test processes and plan test process improvements for different project team
You’ll support project teams in QA areas
You’ll be implementing PoC based on project needs
You’ll lead or participate in discussions with clients and conduct analysis of business functions in order to plan, scope, define projects and deliver the best, high quality solutions
You’ll take part in project requirement breakdown sessions and time / effort estimations
You’ll participate or lead workshops with external clients and support sales / pre-sales activities in terms of QA area in IT project
You’ll plan and lead knowledge sharing activities

Your profile :
You are an IT QA Expert with at least 5 years of experience in the industry
For at least 1 year you’ve been managing test process in IT project (defining, monitoring, improvements)
For at least 2 years you’ve been developing automated tests for Web / BE / Mobile applications
You’re prepared to lead workshops with external or internal clients and support sales / pre-sales activities
You have high-level understanding of different software architecture and its impact on software testing
You know at least one programming language on advanced level and understand programming design patterns and clean code rules
You understand DevOps culture and its impact on development teams
You have proven experience in working with Agile methodologies
You possess upper intermediate / advanced English skills (B2 / C1) and intermediate / upper intermediate Polish (B1 / B2)
