Want to be right at the heart of things? As a Reward Lead Eastern Europe with RB, you’ll have the possibility to review and implement the reward policies and improve operations at every step.

You will have to have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

You will work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands ensuring that deadlines are on time and in full.

You’ll challenge when necessary. Critically, you’ll provide clear communication between our HR, Reward, and Finance teams.

You’ll succeed because

you will grow your commercial acumen in a role which will provide you with a detailed understanding of Reward strategies and deliverables required for your next role.

Progression into Reward lead will see you increasing responsibility including possible leadership of direct reports. You are able to transition into a generalist role e.

g. HR Advisor or remain within the specialist function of Reward.

What you will do on this position

  • become a specialist partner to the business on reward-related topics
  • provide specialist compensation support to maintain and administer RB's compensation programs and policy
  • support the compensation programs, including annual review and bonus, salary banding in the HR system, external benchmarking specific to market, incentive and reward payments
  • support the implementation and execution of the global or regional reward policies
  • manage both domestic and international relocation policies and procedures
  • provide analysis on the people budget and cooperate with finance
  • training HR staff and managers on compensation processes, practices, and programs
  • participate in the various global projects related to the design of reward policies and tools
  • What is required...

  • minimum of 3 years of experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits
  • economic or business management university degree
  • high analytical skills
  • advanced English
  • excellent Excel skills
  • SAP Success Factor knowledge will be a plus
  • knowledge of Easter Europe countries will be a plus
  • willingness to work in a dynamic environment under time pressure
