About the role

As a Project Manager you will manage projects across business areas such as supply chain, procurement, finance, HR, Quality and many more! You will develop fully coordinated, multi-work stream project management plans, anticipating work needs and factors that will influence work schedules.

You will be required to demonstrate confirmed experience in managing risk, establishing project change control and governance to handle scope changes, and reporting project timeline / budget performance.

As part of the Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management organization, you may expect to mentor less experienced PMs and business leaders in risk and issue management.

Our Project Manager must be knowledgeable in project and program management industry-standard methodologies. Exposure to Portfolio Management would be desirable.

Main responsibilities will include :

  • Optimally planning, performing, and delivering one or more concurrent medium / large projects
  • Taking ownership for delivering project objectives and results
  • Driving project execution within established scope, schedule, resource, and quality requirements, leading project teams of cross-functional resources in a matrix environment
  • Defining, presenting, and delivering project scope and goals
  • Creating and organizing project work, required documents and results for validation and compliance plus a project governance process, including meeting cadence, scorecards, RAID log
  • Setting own work direction and completing work tasks along with setting the direction of assigned project team members
  • Providing project communications, including meeting facilitation, executive status reporting, identifying and reporting risks
  • Creating reports and presentations to keep project sponsors and other leaders and partners up to date on the schedule, budget etc
  • Leading project risks and issues, ensuring their timely mitigation and resolution with impacted partners
  • Planning and implementing change management activities related to each assigned project
  • About you

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience working for a global corporation
  • Minimum of 3 years’ overall project management experience, including experience driving medium to large-sized projects from initiation through closure
  • Experience implementing structured project management methodologies on a project with organization change management
  • PMP, Prince II Certification is a preference
  • Strong organizational, project planning, scheduling, and risk leadership skills and proven experience using project management tools and software (i.
