We are building new Customer Support / Content Review department located in Cracow and therefore looking for experienced Customer Service Professionals.

As the team is newly created we have openings on different seniority levels from junior up to leadership / managerial roles.

If you present previous experience in Customer Service / Client Support in different industries and speak fluent English, one of the below listed opportunities might be a good match for you :

  • Customer Support / Content Review Specialist - working with international client, assessing the content in English and supporting clients from UK and US
  • Quality Analyst and Trainers - responsibility for quality assurance and process delivery as well as training new joiners and talent development in the newly created teams
  • Customer Service Team Leaders - managing the teams of content review specialists, acting as SME within customer experience and daily leadership responsibilities
