Senior Talent, Performance & Development Specialist is part of the Regional Talent Learning Team and is responsible for the administration, support and advisory to Employees, Line Managers and HR Business Partners from Europe region on Talent and Performance process and system usage
A regular day at work :
As operational process champion you will be collaborating closely with Senior regional and global SME's as well as Functłonal Cloud Analysts, to support regional and system processes enhancements.
You will be also a part of projects driven on European level.
A day at work for you would also mean :
Collect documents and prepare regional process change requests
Prepare and drive process / system change implementation and training in the region
Ensure all process related material is maintained, up to date and available to end users Provide business with relevant reports
Advise business on best solutions regarding Performance & Talent processes
Delivering system and process training to end users
Being second line of escalation for HR Services organization
Close cooperation with IT
You must :

Fluency in English, both in speaking and writing
Have min. 2 years of HR experience
Have deep knowledge of Performance and Talent Management Processes
Have knowledge of Excel
Experience of working with Cornerstone On Demand and SAP will be a strong advantage.
