Your Responsibilities :
This role is to provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support for the social engineering attacks, e.g. phishing, simulations programme.
GSK sends simulated attack attempts e.g. phishing emails to all employees; this role will be responsible for supporting that programme and coordinating any learning interventions that are required for people who fall for the simulations.
In addition, the coordinator will communicate to staff at all levels of the organisation, managing internal and customer-
focused communications, assisting with data collection and analysis and scheduling learning events.
The ISA Consultant will be responsible for :
Detailed project activities, tracking progress and reporting the outcomes
Creating power point presentations with outputs of attack simulations and learning status as a result of consequence management piece.
Data analysis and reporting
Creating and cooperating with Third Party Vendor on simulating social engineering attacks across all GSK employees targeted for certain wave.
Coordinating meeting logistics
Managing the information protection mailbox and coordinating responses back to employees
Working closely with Global Learning & Development (GLD) and ISA Expert to schedule learning events and enrol learners onto the correct learning events
Managing the translation of content and media into multiple languages
Coordinating updates to our website
Basic qualifications :
University Degree or relevant experience
Area of Specialization :
Risk Management Understanding the risk coming from Social Engineering attacks process globally and proactively developing, implementing and measuring plans to address the risk.
Demonstrating the appropriate level of judgment and maturity in a balanced risk decision fashion is key to the position.
Information Security An awareness of information and application security techniques, common vulnerabilities, and emerging exploits.
Broader knowledge of information security controls, technologies and processes is also preferred.
Business Knowledge An awareness of how GSK stuff is using technologies and how this use puts GSK at data breach risk.
Communication Techniques The sensitive and potentially critical information being reported requires good written and verbal communication skills.
Project Management Participation in delivery of projects across multiple departments will be preferred.
Learning and development Basic understanding of education strategies and learning styles
Data analysis - Data analysis skills.
Professional experience preferably in international corporate environment and in matrix organization,
Very good verbal and written English language skills (B2 / C1)
Good communications skills and experience in building business relationships with leadership and stakeholders as well as cross functional cooperation
Commercial awareness ability to operate in GSK network with effective use of SLAs, KPIs, benchmarking and customer feedback
