We are looking for Agency Partnerships Manager to join the Growth Sales Team in Warsaw, Poland, who will be responsible for building long term partnerships with agencies and brands across Central Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok.
Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our agencies.
This business will be a critical driver within TikTok’s Revenue Partnerships organization. As a member of this team, you are expected to drive consultative engagements with C-level executives and drive business growth for our Agencies with our marketing solutions.
Working closely with our Product and Engineering teams you will have the opportunity to grow and have impact by developing scalable solutions for our top partners.
Responsibilities : 1. Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities by creating new partnerships with key businesses2.
Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions that tie to client business objectives3. Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices4.
Create compelling sales plans and propositions utilizing consumer trends, market knowledge, and data-driven insights5. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives6.
Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, and contribute to the development of thought leadershipQualifications1.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2. Experience in either a commercial role at a technology-driven company or management consultancy3.
Experience working with Agencies4. Proven knowledge and understanding of branding, performance, and acquisition marketing5.
Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers6. Data driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking7.
Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist8. Excellent communication and presentation skills9. Ability to win the support of senior stakeholders10.
Willingness to learn quickly and keep up to date with industry and marketing-focused trends11.
