Responsibilities : Business management

Business management

1. Make the analysis of the ecosystem of key advertising industries in the Polish market and make the key account direct sales business strategy.

2. Build partnership with key clients in the different industries, including FMCG, Beauty & cosmetics, F&B, electronics, fashion, media & entertainment, telecom, auto, finance, game, apps, e-commerce, O2O, etc.

3. Design the industry level sales plan and narrative to explore business opportunities.

4. Drive the revenue from direct clients and achieve the sales target.

Team management

1. Design the team structure and role&responsibilities of team members.

2. Hire the team member, based on the ranking of priority.

3. Build team capability by coaching the team members.

4. Lead the team members to achieve their own sales targets.

Cross-functional collaboration

1. Work with key account agency sales team, on client services, and win the budget.

2. Work with the sales marketing team, on B2B marketing activities for different industries.

3. Work with the product team, on feedback and suggestions of ads solutions, systems, and tools.

4. Work with all other cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and build long term growth.

We are happy to hear from you if you have :

1. BA / BS degree or above.

2. 12+ years of overall working experiences, 8+ years of digital marketing experiences, 5+ years of digital media sales-related experiences.

3. 8+ years of team and people management experience.

4. Experiences in working with cross-functional teams.

5. Strong understanding of Polish key advertising industries ecosystem and developing trends.

6. Strong network in Polish key advertising industries, with solid experiences of working with C level executives of clients.

7. Excellent verbal and written English and Polish communication skills.

8. Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit.

9. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
