  • You will be working in a dynamic team environment at the center of group-wide and executive compensation strategy and administration.
  • You will undertake responsibility for managing the Global Executive Compensation Mailbox and Helpline answering queries from current and former employees, HRBP’s, SDC, Payroll becoming an expert advisor.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and responding as appropriate to incoming and outgoing PRA statements and associated correspondence via the PRA Mailbox.
  • You will be responsible for liasing with SDC, HRBP in respect of termination exhibits required for departing employees.
  • You will be involved in the onboarding of new hires working with senior team members in preparing preliminary and final buyout calculations, ensuring all documentation is present and following up as appropriate, submitting offer letters to translation services, monitoring the CRM, working with recruiters to ensure contract wording is accurate and reflects the appropriate position taking into deferred compensation elements, MRT requirements.
  • You will manage a number of processes within the share and deferred cash settlement process including terminee confirmations from HRBP / Line Managers.
  • Working with brokers to ensure account numbers are valid, accurate.
  • Distribution of documentation to terminated employees receiving settlement of deferred awards.
  • Preparing and tracking the distribution of global payroll files.
  • Preparing, posting and distributing payments memos in respect of payments of deferred awards.
  • You will be involved with the preparation and distribution of reporting requests to external tax advisors, employees, HR, Financial Control, International Assignment Management Team, Payroll.
  • You will gain exposure to a number of deferred compensation themes such as award creation, administration, sourcing, taxation, valuations.
  • You will participate in the design and implementation of reward strategies and guidelines.
  • You will provide analytics in support of policy and decision making.

  • General knowledge of HR systems (i.e. Oracle Business Intelligence and People Soft) desirable but not essential

  • You have great communication skills and are comfortable with your fluency in business English (both spoken and written)
  • You are a problem solver and you are happy to take initiative to improve; you effectively apply own profound knowledge to deliver solutions that fit the purpose and are feasible
  • You approach problems systematically and objectively, analyze facts and evaluate options, draw sound conclusions whilst ensuring that guidance is sought when ambiguity is present
  • Experience (1-2 years) within financial services industry is desirable but not essential
