As part of our service offering, TMF provide Global Entity Management (GEM) services to over 70 global clients, each of whom operate across international borders and rely on TMF to keep their operations compliant.
Our GEM Co-ordination team play a pivotal role in coordinating between our local offices to provide a client focused, consistent and joined up service.
The GEM Manager is responsible for leading this co-ordination team and operating as the go to person’ for all items related to GEM co-ordination.
This will require the successful candidate to work directly with clients, collaborate with our client management functions and co-ordinate inputs from each of our local delivery teams.
In addition to delivering to client needs you will be responsible for improving the performance of the team and driving employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, motivate and inspire a team of 20 professional based in Warsaw & Luton (UK)
Manage the delivery and co-ordination activities for our global clients including : Client relationship managementEscalation management, root cause analysis and client resolutionCo-ordination of change request and scope of servicesDatabase set-up and ongoing managementTracking of delivery milestonesCo-ordination of billing process for centrally billed clientsInvoice and revenue reporting
Ensure that a consistent service is provided to our clients
Ensure service delivery is meeting the required quality, timeliness and cost KPIs presenting back to management teams through formal governance
Drive continuous improvement within the team to improve cost and quality of delivery
Manage relationships with GEM practice leads across the globe, ensuring central and local teams are working effectively together
Proactively work with stakeholders to understand and solve complex problems
Key requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in law firm or professional global organization where you have managed an international team of 10+ people
Strong client facing experience and a passion for delivering client outcomes
Proven experience in driving continuous improvement within a service business, identifying and executing on opportunities
Being hyper organized and able to effectively prioritize your own and your team's workload
Being results focused, collaborative and committed to achieve agreed goals
Fluent command of English
Qualified Legal professional or similar education, proficient knowledge of Global Entity Management (Corporate Secretarial Services)
