Your Responsibilities :

For our newly created EU Digital Hub in Warsaw we are looking for digital natives required to form part of a new team developing a futuristic solution for interactions with our HCPS.

They will be part of the team creating a new CEP commercial operating model and capability to leverage digital / MCM channels to expand reach to customers and support growth and promotion of CEP brands in Europe.

We would want to have onboard professionals with entrepreneurial mindset with digital marketing experience to be part of setting up this new way of working .

This individual will be in charge of executing digital / multi-channel campaign activities in EU.

Key responsibilities :

  • Work with Content Manager, Portfolio Managers and CMLs to understand customer journey and content plan to implement the best digital interactions with our customers.
  • Adapt global content to local label requirements to ensure content is compliant and ready for execution in markets

  • Execute multichannel integrated plans in a timely manner to markets for each customer group, including accurate translation of content, coordination with Medical, DC, relevant 3rd parties.
  • Engage with EU CMLs, LOCs and other internal stakeholders as required to communicate and notify on plan scope, execution plan and schedules

  • In alignment with global & CEP analytics framework, execute (or lead vendor to execute) tagging of content and campaigns to track usage and effectiveness for improvement.
  • Provide instructions for LOC tagging across all campaign collaterals

  • Work with Design Centre (DC) / Marketing Operations Centre (MOC) to ensure timely execution of campaigns / channels with appropriate regional governance
  • Responsible for channel technical compliance quality check
  • Partner with MCM Analytics resource to report and analyse EU MCM execution performance reports and respond accordingly to ensure high customer engagement
  • Basic qualifications :

  • 1-2 years experience with product and digital marketing and execution :
  • Digital marketing / multi-channel marketing
  • Customer segmentation & targeting
  • Campaign localization and execution
  • Vendor management
  • Ability to operationalise and execute digital / multi-channel campaign activities
  • Fluent Spanish / Italian / German / French would be an added asset
