This critical position will provide leadership to the operations team in our Treatment Planning center in Wroclaw, delivering service for different European countries.

Scope of accountabilities include building, motivating, and leading a team. Commitment to quality, value, timeliness and innovation are core-defining aspects of this role.

The Operations Manager oversees and coordinates the daily operations of Treat Operations Poland. He / She directly supervises a group of Supervisors of Production to ensure they meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - Productivity, On-Time Delivery, and Cost performance.

Thus, He / She is as well responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability.

In addition to the previous tasks, he / she will be managing a limited team of CAD Designers. The Operations Manager reports directly to Operations Director, providing support on planning and strategy for local operations, setting operational objectives, accountability, and culture.

  • In this role, you will Management responsibilities include : Responsible for the daily activities and performance of team;
  • Determine daily staffing and work schedule for CAD Designers In agreement with the Director, set goal & objective for Operations teams, routinely review performance (quality, productivity, lead-time, cost, etc.

    Train and coach Supervisors and / or CAD Designers to learn and improve their capability to perform all required duties Other duties : This role will collaborate with Align European Treat Sites to provide best service for different European markets Responsible for meeting or beating key operating metrics / targets around quality, lead-time, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, operational costs, excellent customer service Creating and contributing to best practices and improvements, and working with other European operations to share and integrate.

    Required to develop and coach internal candidates for leadership roles. This function will work closely with other areas as Q&A and Engineering in order to guarantee the final achievement of the company initiatives.

    Required to participate in internal and external selection processes. In this role, you’ll need ACADEMIC BACKGROUND Ideally requires a Bachelor Degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 5 years’ relevant experience in Operations environment, leading and motivating teams. Practical experience in the application of process control, process performance measurement, and improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is a plus.

    LANGUAGES Strong written and oral communication abilities required. Polish language skills on C1-level or higher (CEFR) English language skill on at least C1-level (CEFR) Other European languages would be a plus (German, Spanish, French, etc).

    SKILLS / COMPETENCIES Working with minimal supervision, in a performance oriented, fast-paced environment. Normally requires the ability for effectively communicate in both oral and written form with all levels of the organization.

    Advanced presentation skills. Analytical capabilities. SPECIFIC CERTIFICATIONS / SPECIALTIES / COURSEWORK Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing methodologies is a plus Project Management certification is a plus.
