They also provide technical support and expertise to dev team, responding to stakeholder feedback and often performing presentations and analysis of UniCredit product.

your tasks
Requirement management : Analyze and organize the gathered information to understand and implement requirement from stakeholders
Solution definition :
Communicating with the stakeholders, architecture team, business analysts and development teams to find the best solution to respect given requirements,
Considering interdependencies with other projects,
Identifying potential criticality and contributing to their resolution.
Solution verification : Takes requirements / functional analysis that have been defined and manages them through to their eventual delivery to support the definition of robust test strategy and test cases.
Documentation : Write the solution design document to forward to the development team and update it with each change. Support for the definition of user manuals, development manuals, to monitor and document product changes and support the definition of user manuals / training documentation.

Quality Management and Improvement : Oversee all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence following the UniCredit Services policies.

Solid analytical capabilities
Good background on Bank processes
Good background on development of complex ICT solutions and experience
Good team working capabilities, in the context of medium to large project teams distributed among multiple countries / locations
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to perform under stressful conditions
High risk awareness and solution-oriented approach
At least 2-3 years of ICT experiences
Fluent written and spoken English
As a plus, knowledge and experience in delivering multi-channel / omni-channel solutions and on micro-services ICT principles and architectures
Technical Skills :
Mandatory : Experience with Angular, Java8, Spring or JEE
Knowledge with Design Patterns
Knowledge of DBRMS o Knowledge of event-driven architecture
Bonus : experience with OpenShift
