Act as key account for the lead factory in Norway and in this respect facilitate coordination among the lead unit and the local team.
Overseen and coordinate :
Timely implementation of target frame agreement and / or product portfolio to secure volume ramp up in line with budget ambitions.
Implementation of quality procedure and operation process.
Actively drive the improvement of business processes to ease the cooperation between lead factory and the extended workbench.
Identify, activate and coordinated continuous improvement and cost out initiatives.
Monitor transfer prices, grant cost transparency and support implementation of needed governance processes.
Assure a right priority of production planning based on Lead factory inputs.
Convert a forecast into a capacity of production line.
Balance a capacity needed for production line.
Lead and monitor operational KPI’s for production line.
University degree in Engineering (electrical or mechanical) or other relevant education and practical experience.
Proven track record in managing an operational business or equivalent relevant background.
Good sales and marketing skills : in-depth knowledge of the market and competitive environment as well as the customer base and specific client’s expectations.
Broad management experience, with good understanding of major functions like engineering, finance, sales & marketing, production and with full responsibility of Profit and Loss.
Very good communication skills in English and Polish.
Result oriented with entrepreneurial spirit and drive to win.
Be an excellent communicator, and have the ability to conduct complex negotiations with client’s, suppliers, and internal stakeholders locally and globally.
Proven track record of managing a diverse group of strong minded individuals, extracting their best performance, and developing the leaders of tomorrow is essential.
