Controlling Specialist is fully dedicated to a range of several financial tasks in the field of financial Delivery-Controlling / Cost-
Accounting and will support the responsible Finance Business-Partner as well as Cost-Centre-Managers in their daily business.
Controlling Specialist is responsible for financial management of the assigned Cost-Centers and specific tasks like Planning, Budgeting, Cost-
Controlling, Cost-Analysis of Actuals with regard to deviations of actuals versus Budget and Forecast, performance of bookings / corrections, Cost-
allocations and support to specific financial projects, mainly based on standardized processes.
Safeguarding correct financials workflows within Daily business according to Business-Models and FUJITSU-policies and Compliance-rules.
Preparation of Bottom-Up-Budget and Financial Forecast for Cost-Centers / Business-Units
Monitoring of Service- and Cost-bookings, of cost-allocations, WIPS and accruals
Analysis of actuals and detection of financial problems and anomalies.
Decision Making Support. Provides relevant commercial information & Analysis to Business-Partner and within relevant Finance-Community
Monitoring Expenses. Support to continuous Development of controlling tools with regard to optimization.
Identification and effective control of financial risks. Problem Solving. Analyzes business problems and recommends corresponding solutions.
Business Support. Acts as contact person with commercial issues to organization’s Delivery departments (Service-Units), as well as to other Finance functions like Accounting, Planning & Reporting etc.
Monitors profitability of assigned Cost-Centers / Units and specific projects, and ensures the adherence of project plans.
Skills required :
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Finance, experience in Controlling area would be an advantage
Finance / Accounting university degree, CIMA / ACCA certification as an advantage
Accounting skills & knowledge of IFRS
Expertise in Microsoft Office, including very good MS Excel working skills
Practical knowledge of SAP
Capability to handle end to end responsibilities
Reliability in figures
