Duties and Responsibilities Portfolio Management (Commercial and Operations) Supports TO Leads on operational and portfolio management-related activities Generates business insights through analytics of WAVE and business data Becomes an expert in the functionality of WAVE for day-to-day initiative and overall Transformation management and tracking Proactively uses WAVE and business data to support performance management of workstreams Contributes to weekly TO meetings - including tracking actions, facilitating discussions, solving problems Owns reporting on and analysis of vitality of workstream portfolios and supports development of new opportunities Plans and engages in problem solving workshops, ideation sessions and pre-mortems with the TO Leads Advises TO on insights and actions to improve how we execute on the Transformation Creates CELT and Board communications (documents, speaking notes) Financial Management Works closely with the TO Finance VP to ensure consistent and accurate EBIT tracking in the transformation Owns reporting of financials and insights as well as populating financials in CELT and Board decks Owns WAVE including change control and continuous improvement;
gathers feedback from the Transformation community to improve effectiveness of WAVE; coaches others on its use Periodically reviews business cases in partnership with Initiative Owners to find opportunities to fine tune, improve, revise assumptions, etc Health, Communications and Change Management Manages and drafts communications content in partnership with Corporate Communications team Evaluates effectiveness of various communications channels;
innovates and supports development of new communications channels Collects and follows up with WSLs for recognition submissions, creates recognition communications to be distributed to the organization, and innovates and supports delivery of recognition;
ensures recognition is executed by CELT and WSLs Works with Influencer Network Lead to solicit feedback and suggestions / ideas on Transformation and to leverage Influencer Network as a key communications channel Supports the TO Health Lead to drive capability building across the Transformation (e.
g. A2E : ability to execute); and to expand the Transformation community Travel Requirements Expected to travel globally where required.

Proven full-time work experience or other experience in related field, preferably including experience in portfolio management, data collection, business analytics, financial reporting, process improvement, or project management Proficiency in WAVE desired Strong interest in driving culture of execution excellence Strong performer with owner’s mindset;
