The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career with the experience of working with a Global technology company, based in our Poznan offices.

You will be part of a Finance team of over 250 employees, based across EMEA, covering 16 countries. The core hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.

30am-5.30pm, working 40 hours per week.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Work with business partners to develop and maintain cost models.
  • Assist in monthly analysis of results, research variances, and provide constructive feedback to management.
  • Compile reporting from multiple systems to help drive deeper understanding of the business
  • Assist with updates to financial modelling standards for large and complex deal pricing on an as needed basis.
  • What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Strong commercial background, working across the business and driving key messaging from KPI’s and insightful data.
  • Good understanding of accounting concepts, financial statement components and financial analysis metrics.
  • Analyze data, communicate results, and highlight key issues / focus areas for management and make recommendations.
  • High attention to detail & analytical mind set with the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable information.
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to articulate complex business issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team and proactively suggest solutions and improvements to existing ways of working.
  • Experience working with PowerBI, V Look ups, is a plus.
