Key Responsibilities :

  • Support or own Financial case creation including : reviewing assumptions of efficiency driven projects, collecting required data from various sources, data analysis, drawing conclusions, reviewing and agreeing with Process Owners,
  • Support or own Return On Investment analysis creation for selected projects,
  • Support or own financial case results reporting at various stages of project in a timely manner, accurately, on a regular and ad-hoc basis,
  • Support or own Benefit Management meetings with Process Owners sharing assumptions, adjusting, agreeing results; presenting results in a clear manner,
  • Tracking project changes and adjusting financial case results when required,
  • Execute all activities in line with Benefit Management Desktop Procedure,
  • Understand owned Projects portfolio in order to identify all efficiency driven projects,
  • Create What if scenarios where required,
  • Support presentations to the Global Program / Project Steering Groups to inform about benefit analysis status / outcomes and propose improvement recommendations,
  • Support or own monthly meetings with regional Senior Management to analyze financial productivity delivery status, discuss risks and opportunities,
  • Contribute to Benefit Management processes continuous improvement,
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or Reengineering Projects
  • Master’s degree
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (incl. Power Point)
  • Excellent analytical skills incl. Excel use (e.g. pivot tables & database management)
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks within short timeframe and under tight deadlines
  • English proficiency
  • Be highly collaborative, team orientated and a strong consensus builder
  • Ability to lead small initiatives and motivate diverse teams in multiple locations to support delivery of agree objectives
  • Self-motivated and well organized
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Experience in working with Senior Stakeholders would be a plus
  • Access, VBA skills would be a plus
  • Please note that this is a fixed-term contract role.
