The Talent Acquisition Team is supporting around 2000 recruitment processes across Citi Solutions Center in Poland. Our aim is to provide best-in-class recruitment experience for our hiring managers and candidates.
As an Senior Recruiter you will :
Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to manage the full-cycle recruitment process
Consult with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and develop sourcing and diversity strategies including internal / external, search firm, agency and direct sourcing / networking methods.
Source applicants, screens CVs, interview candidates and provide a shortlist to hiring managers.
Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders.
Negotiate candidate offers and researches competitive markets and peer organizations.
Ensure all hiring policies and procedures (compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to.
Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities .
Provide stakeholders with market data and MIS.
Management of applicant tracking system and ensuring data timeliness and accuracy.
As needed, manage relationships with search firms / agencies to drive timely and thorough sourcing of a high quality, diverse candidate pool.
Your background :
Previous experience in recruitment
Excellent English and Polish knowledge - both written and spoken.
Ability to take ownership and accountability for end-to-end processes.
Strong interpersonal skills
