Your responsibilities will be :

  • Leading and developing a team of Czech and Slovak speakers (4 people),
  • Providing high-quality support to our customers,
  • Reporting the problems and propose new solutions to improve the department’s efficiency,
  • Training new employees,
  • Cooperation with other teams and headquarter (in Munich),
  • Creating guides, instructions and procedures,
  • Managing back office duties : returns for customers, preparing invoices.
  • You come with :

  • Fluent knowledge of Slovak or Czech language (native speaker),
  • Previous experience in customer care service (2-3 years),
  • Very good English (B2 / C1),
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Open mind and ability to think outside the box,
  • Capable of making commitments and setting priorities,
  • Ability to organize yourself.
