ResponsibilitiesTikTok is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to grow, redefine, and model our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team in Warsaw, Poland.

The GBS team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. The right candidate for this role must have a passion for the business, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to influence others while navigating ambiguity in a faced-paced environment.

This position is responsible for driving and influencing our strategic growth initiatives for the continued success of our business objectives.

During this exciting time, we need people that have a can-do attitude and a builder mentality. Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts when necessary to ensure continued growth and success of the business.
  • Proactively assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate and creative solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR colleagues within the Learning & Development, Compensation, HRIS, and HR Programs teams identify, implement, and improve processes and procedures.
  • Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors.
  • Manage the overall Performance Review Cycle.
  • Attend, and potentially facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed.Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience within HR in the media / tech industry.
  • Ability to directly support recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
  • Experience with coaching at the manager level, focus on performance management, employee relations, and data analytics / reporting.
  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience with the ability to drive programs independently.
  • Knowledge of the technology or Internet business.
  • Experience helping global organizations scale.
