For our Client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of cooling products for the automotive market, industrial, railway and marine sector, we are currently looking for a Process Engineer.
This is a great opportunity for taking part in a project of building a green field factory.
As a process engineer, you're be responsible for optimizing processes. These could be both : minor improvements or structural, complex adjustments.
In this position you'll have a lot of contact with the (senior) operators of the respective production line and with the quality engineer and the production manager.
Points of improvement on the production lines are traced by you as well as by the operators and technicians. Relatively small changes you make immediately.
In the case of complex, structural improvements, you set up a project team in which you participate intensively or lead.
When an improvement process is implemented, it is up to you to explain this to the operators. Furthermore, you'll participate in international cross-factory teams related to new processes.
You'll keep a constant eye on the safety and quality of the processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have good communication skills and a strong problem-solving ability. You dare to question things, as well as think and act quickly.
You should be a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering graduate with at least 3 years of experience in a production environment.
A completed black belt training or equivalent is an an asset. The Ideal candidate has an experience in setting up process models, affinity and experience with automotive processes.
You should be able to run smooth conversations in English (level B2).
