Administration of MyPolicies and other systems and databases in the Policy and Training Area.
Act as global point of contact for all questions regarding issuance, renewal, implementation and revocation of policies, handling variety of matters with respect to Compliance Trainings.
Providing high-touch, user-friendly assistance to employees with questions and issues relating to finding applicable policies as a part of SmartPolicy Partner initiative.
Providing support to Policy Owners and key partners (e.g., explain issuance and pre-publication syndication processes), employees (e.
g., use of MyPolicies) and Implementation Officers in branches and subsidiaries abroad.
Collaboration with internal service providers (e.g., Language Services, Design Services, HR teams).
Preparing various reports and metrics relating to policies and compliance training.
Other administrative policy and training responsibilities and tasks.
Open to discussing flexible / agile working.
You have strong communication in English written and verbal language skills, knowledge of German will be an asset.
You have 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in a global corporate environment.
You have a University Degree.
You have at least intermediate knowledge of MS Office, familiarity with MS Outlook, and other accepted office applications
Your Experience in reporting & analytical skills would be an asset
You have administrative skills and you are well organized.
