Key responsibilities :

  • Daily manual and semi-automated maintenance of standard and urgent requests in SAP following clearly defined procedures and agreed-on SLAs within multiple master data domains (Material / Customer / Vendor / Finance).
  • Creation / change / extension / suppression / recovery of master data elements in SAP based on the data provided in different applications (SalesForce, RemedyForce, in-house applications).

  • Perform quality checks before and after maintenance in SAP.
  • First point of contact for BC entities globally.
  • Propose improvements to the processes and tools used in daily operations.
  • Work closely with Master Data Analyst on increasing quality of Master Data Operations, follow up in detail on incidents and preventive actions.
  • Perform initial analysis of the operational issues.
  • Provide internal training on MD processes.
  • Communication with business users in case of incorrect / incomplete requests through multiple tools..
  • Flag gaps in existing documentation, and propose changes to existing documentation.
  • Perform recurring activities - update, load, and correct data according to clearly defined procedures, and agreed-on SLAs.
  • Communication with Master Data Analyst in case of more complex requests / not documented activities.
  • About you :

  • University degree (Bachelor).
  • Very good level of English.
  • Experience in SAP Master Data environment, min. 1.5 years in at least one master data object (Material / Customer / Vendor / Finance Master Data) is a must.
  • Experience in systems such as SAP / SalesForce / Remedyforce, and Google tools will be an asset.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Eye for details.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Availability to work on the 2nd shift (14 : 00-22 : 00)
