As one of our Cyber Security professionals, you’ll work with multinational businesses and public sector organizations. You’ll deliver some of the most significant and class-

In this role, you will closely liaise with international colleagues and subject matter experts who deliver next generation people-

centric security value, i.e. performing security awareness and culture projects, as well as supporting Cyber Security implementations with focus on change management, people enablement and organizational readiness.

Taking over this role will enable you to become an acknowledged expert on security awareness and culture topics. You will regularly work on-

site for clients in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Your key responsibilities As a Cyber Security Consultant (Organizational Change Management & Security Awareness), you’ll contribute technically to Cyber Security client projects and internal projects.

An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships.

Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within projects and share any issues with senior members of the team. In line with EY’s commitment to quality, you’ll confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-

level reviewer. As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

  • You will work at the innovative interface of Cyber Security and organizational development / change management
  • You will work on-site, client-facing and advise customers on how to establish and strengthen security culture holistically, end-
  • to-end, from solution design to delivery

  • You will leverage digital, state-of-the-art learning and communication methods to sustainably support Cyber Security transformations
  • You will take over adequate project management responsibilities, according to your seniority, experience and growth aspiration
  • You will support both business and offering development activities e.g. by participating in proposal responses and performing client workshops
  • You will contribute to our collaborative community and learning culture
  • Skills and attributes for success

  • You are passionate about Cyber Security Awareness, Change Management, organizational development or Learning & Communications in the light of cultural transformations and / or implementing IT
  • You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline (e.g. business administration, social science, computer science, psychology, media design, pedagogics etc.)
  • Relevant certifications like GSEC / CISA, PMP / PRINCE2, Trainer / Instructor / Coach, and / or proven experience in Cyber Security (e.
  • g. ISMS, IAM, Awareness) would be preferred

  • You have a proven track record of three to five years of consulting or industry experience in one or multiple of the above mentioned activity fields
  • Very good command of English and preferably advanced command of German
  • Your way of working is proactive, empathic, collaborative, impact and quality-driven
  • Willingness, ability and flexibility to travel
  • What we look for An ideal candidate would have knowledge of digitally enabled change management delivery (e.g. design, development and delivery of communication / learning strategies;
  • creation of explainer videos, development of web-based trainings; know-how in journey / transformation management, user experience, design thinking principles, and behavioural change methodologies;
  • marketing skills are a plus) and understanding of Cyber Security (e.g. Security Awareness, ISMS, IAM). We are interesting in hiring a professional who will work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.

    As an ideal candidate, you shall have a personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations.

    You should be also flexible enough to adapt to a variety of project types, working hours and work environments and locations.
