Serves as point of contact for the Technology team in the planning, analysis, design, implementation, and support of global CPB solutions.
Manages a team of engineers responsible for designing and building CPB technology solutions. As the primary point of contact for the tech team in Warsaw, the Lead is responsible for both designing and building collecting / reporting metrics, managing scope, prioritizing work and resources, and ensuring that the team is providing and communicating value-
add through dissemination of metrics, reports, briefings, and other means of communication.

Required education / skills :
Degrees and experience in the Technology field. Master degree preferably
Demonstrated experience with Cloud technology solutions and / or running and supporting large complex systems at scale.
Experience with distributed computing technology.
Experience with large systems software design including storage, networking, deployment, and scaling methodologies.
Working experience with data management systems (transactional and analytical).
Ability to communicate across a wide variety of functions (e.g. Engineering, Product Management) and levels.

Experience with backend systems development and integration.
