Position Description

  • Resolve incidents (i.e. break / fix, etc.) and service requests that are assigned to them
  • Assist in configuration analysis across assigned SAP and it’s associated integration points
  • Assist in resolving business requirements via SAP configured solutions
  • Collaborate as needed with other SAP support team members
  • Meet or exceed established SAP Support Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Update procedures, operation instructions, and any other documentation impacted by system changes
  • May be required to travel internationally if needed
  • Active and proactive participation in trainings, on-line trainings, self-study
  • Off hours on-call support may be required.
  • Ensures adherence to 3M and Global Support Organization policies, guidelines, and procedures as required for the effectiveness and quality of the services provided.
  • Continuous improvement of processes and Lean Six Sigma project coordination.
  • Positively contributes to and supports team efforts and objectives.
  • Required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with SAP,
  • System support and (or) maintenance in Cross Company Stock Transfer Process, MM (Inventory Management, Purchasing, Logistic Invoice Verification), SD (Order Management, Billing)
  • Understanding of master data involved in cross company sales and purchasing process
  • Experience working with IDocs
  • Understanding concept of integration with legacy systems
  • Very good knowledge about integration with other SAP modules
  • Must be fluent in English,
  • Experience in a global SAP environment
  • Incident Management Experienced
  • Business Process Experienced
  • Self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills,
  • Ability to develop and execute tasks / plans with minimal supervision,
  • Preferred

  • Experience working on or supporting one or more SAP ECC implementation
  • Experience working with custom enhancements and solutions
  • Experience working with SAP Solution Manager, HP Service Manager, HP Quality Center, and IT Help Request,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to work in a team environment,
  • Experience in business process design and / or redesign
  • Experience working in ERP support function
