Merchant Service Representative
Merchant Service Representative takes care of GROUPON merchants (partners) service quality by providing them with professional, helpful information and assistance in solving merchants queries related to the partnership with GROUPON, acting in accordance with company’s procedures and standards.
Respond to all Merchants emails and phone calls; ranging from the simple to the complex & nuanced;
Go that extra mile to ensure an outstanding overall Clients experience ;
Resolve clients issues in a timely, accurate and consistent manner;
Manage time and productivity to meet daily individual and team ticket targets;
Understand intimately multiple Groupon tools and processes;
Act as a liaison with other departments (Sales, Customer Service, Editorial & Finance) to address any cross departmental issues impacting the merchant.
Desirable Skills :
Strong language skills (English level minimum B2);
Evidence of conveying top Merchant experience through written and verbal communication;
Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail;
Strong communication skills;
IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office;
Willingness to work in a flexible, open space work environment;
Previous experience in a high volume, transactional customer service capacity preferred;
