Understand comprehensive processes and activities of secondary transport

Responsible for logistics operations daily transport planning and optimization of secondary transport loads within a region

Receiving and processing all transport orders coming from customers / requestors

Responsible for performance monitoring against shipment plans and cost and carbon targets

Day Job

Analyse demurrage requests for waiting charges / cancellations

Verification of the returns / refusals

Carrier Invoice Verification

Analyse of secondary logistics operations (order management, procurement, invoicing)

Cooperate with warehouse to identify and implement improvements in managing transport, lead the change management activities on daily basis and long term period.

Monthly preparation and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI, CCFOT)

Support Logistic Operation Manager and Supervisor in optimization projects

Create and maintain relationships on operational level between Operation Centre members and customers ( MSO, distribution centre customer service specialists)

Coordination of information flow between distribution centers and customers, within Operations Centre and Transport Service Providers

Support USCC members in providing data and analyses

Bachelor degree

Very good command of English

Operational computer skills (MS Office)

Analytical skills

Excellent organization and communication skills

Good knowledge of logistics transport operations

Basic OTM and SAP knowledge would be an advantage
