Agile Support Manager
What this position is about - Purpose :
In this role you will support the Agile P&C team in the HQ with a range of processes and initiatives across a variety of sub-functional areas including Personnel Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Job Architecture, Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Management.
What will you do - Responsibilities :
Support corporate P&C with a variety of processes and initiatives in different sub-functional P&C areas : document management, personnel administration (hire-to-retire), Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, HR analytics
Support corporate P&C by taking responsibility for the execution of global relocation / international assignment processes for employees
Monitor data quality in corporate HR systems and follow-up with data owners / data processors as required
Establish templates and guidelines for reporting in order to help gather, consolidate, analyse and then convey data to various stakeholders
Process improvement in the allocated area and processes top reduce process waste, improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Manage relationships with vendors and agencies or support other teams in this area
Who are we looking for - Requirements :
You have a relevant P&C experience in a multinational organization (min 2-3 years)
Agile / Project Management exposure is a strong asset
Ability to re-design and improve allocated processes is a strong plus (experience with lean six sigma / related university knowledge)
Knowledge of SAP HR on-premise and / or SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial
You are analytical, customer oriented, have a strong sense of urgency and excellent communication skills
You are fluent in English
You have a diploma in Human Resources or related
