DELIVERY MANAGER - WARSAW, POLAND

ABOUT THIS JOB

Through deep client process and Retail Direct Data Solutions platform knowledge, this position is responsible for the on time and accurate delivery of assigned client deliverables.

This includes managing expectations and acting as the voice of ongoing operations with the commercial team. Delivery Managers at Nielsen serve as an escalation point for off-

shore production, support and other teams and drive corrective actions and continuous improvements. The position is located in Warsaw and coordinates work of 4-

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support off-shore production team in issue resolution and process improvements
  • Support documentation, development and continuous improvement for assigned clients
  • Support the implementation of new services and platforms
  • Partner with client / commercial and other teams to own SLAs, set expectations and deliver client specific KPIs (as required)
  • Partner with other teams to contribute to the development and further improvement of internal and external KPIs through process standard improvement as well as work on production incidents and other areas for root cause identification and improvement plans development
  • Support off-shore team in day-to-day requests and escalations
  • Support UAT and upgrade efforts via test planning, validation of staffing and status

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 - 5 years experience working within a service organization with SLAs
  • Experienced working in outsourcing model across multiple stakeholders and functions internationally
  • Strong leadership skills, including indirect people management skills
  • Experience communicating and managing client expectations
  • Proven ability to learn and drive improvements and optimization
  • Technology background would be a plus
  • Project management experience would be a plus
  • Analytical skills and basic excel usage
  • Fluency in English
