About the Role :

As a Senior Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team, you will lead our client

mandates to build high-impact teams. You will have tremendous ownership, and an

ability to lead a cross-functional team.

This position requires excellent domain experience, analytical thinking, ability to

quickly build relationships with both customers and candidates. Successful

candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As our first recruiting hire in Eastern Europe, you will work closely with our

leadership team in Poland to help take the Talent500 brand to market. This role will

be based in Ukraine or Poland.

Responsibilities :

  • Build network of suppliers, job boards, vendors across Eastern Europe and broader Europe
  • Lead mandates for customers to fulfill hiring needs and interact directly with stakeholders
  • Be data-driven and follow metrics-driven approach to deliver on time and budget
  • Drive research on benchmarking skills, compensation and related companies
  • Basic Qualifications :
  • Experience across hiring professionals in Poland and additionally building teams in Ukraine and other parts of Eastern Europe
  • Western Europe experience would be great to have!
  • Has 5+ years of experience in recruiting either as part of an agency or in a fast-growth company and has exposure to using multiple recruiting tools, working with multiple sourcing channels etc
  • Has exposure to building technology teams and has handled a wide variety ofroles - Product Engineerings, Backend, Frontend, QA / Automation
  • Be highly flexible, adaptable and creative while catering towards different situations
