Management of inbound documents
Recording of PO and non PO invoices, trigger approvals and schedule payments
Generation and review payment proposals (scheduled, automated run)
Process (manual) payments / pre-payments
Address vendor inquiries and handle disputes and exceptions
Performance of PTP reconciliations and period end close activities
Performing three-way matching for non-trade and inter-company payables
Solving of price and quantity differences
Analyzing and reconciling accounts
Running month end closing reports
Secures high quality and professional day to day accounting service within agreed SLA
Building good relations, effective communication with group’s companies and colleagues
Participate in the migration project
Proposing and implementing Continuous Improvements initiatives to increase the efficiency of performed processes
Experience in accounting by preference in an SSC environment (3 5 years)
Experience in handling A / P process
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or similar field
Proficient in English (and possibly German) language
Deep understanding of P2P process
Experience in SAP accounting system
Very good MS skills knowledge, especially Excel
Experience in international work environment
Experience with start to finish accounting processes
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Communication and interpersonal skills
