Work with key stakeholders, hiring managers, HR colleagues, and TA Managers to deliver the talent acquisition strategy for Europe.
Supporting the process of Talent Management life cycle and PepsiCo People Planning process in SCEB region.
Provides Talent Management know-how for Talent Review and People Planning processes, providing best practices and insights.
Ensure consistent data and meaningful insights to support Talent decision making.
Collecting employee lists and other relevant data for OHS survey, tracking competition rate and reporting.
Supports other departments / functions involved in providing mandatory trainings (e.g. Legal)
Qualifications / Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience. Previous experience in recruitment is preferred.
Fluent English and Serbian is a must.
Detail oriented, willingness to work on a variety of tasks and projects both independently and with team.
Talent Management knowledge & understanding of succession planning and talent management practices & tools.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong collaboration skills and mindset, able to navigate effectively through the matrix.
