Opportunity for a Lead Project Manager to join Honeywell, in Katowice shared service Hub. As a Project manager, you will own full program management through a project’s life cycle including planning, developing, testing, producing and deploying new products within Safety & Productivity Solutions business line.

The Role / Core responsibilities :
Lead execution of all assigned programs
Maintain exceptional and consistent performance within budget and requirements
Provide direct, effective communication to business leadership on assigned programs
Ensure effective coordination, integration and interaction with the sponsoring business teams
Establish superior customer relationships by exhibiting strong program ownership
Generate and implement program plans and business requirements within approved budget and schedule constraints
Utilize standard project management tools to review the feasibility and justification of identified initiatives
Facilitate project meetings & coordinate project RAIL’s, follow up tasks & communications to ensure functional owners are accountable for project deliverables
Maintain consistent project metrics dashboard to measure adherence to project timelines and deliverables

We’re looking for
4- 5 years’ experience in project management (supply chain preferably)
Ability to execute to plans while effectively managing risks and opportunities
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to energize cross- functional, global customers, teams and organizations
Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and follow-through
Ability to think strategically while tactically setting goals and tasks scope
Excellent Communication skills
PMP / Prince / Agile / Sig Sigma certification
Language competencies in other major European languages are an advantage (German or French preferably)
Drive solutions to assigned tasks utilizing a proactive approach to problem solving
