Production Controller requested in Multipurpose Site (MPS) Koszalin
Sus responsabilidades y tareas :
Implement all controlling activities and reports for production managers and supply chain managers on site.
Plan, coordinate and steer on production activities to meet business, financial objectives and operational KPI.
Work with Managers to plan and manage production tasks to improve Target achievement.
Strong support site Managers by daily coordination and regular controlling meetings, actively and deeply involve in production activities and events.
Support SCM to develop inventory control techniques to avoid shortages and excesses, define the steering process to analyze the increase.
Stabilize the product cost calculation and the transfer price concept, control production costs while maintain the quality standards.
Identify weaknesses in our controls and processes and take ownership of the issues by proposing and implementing solutions
Define the process of the plant budget / forecast / MTP and outlook with site controllers, ensure the quality of an integrated planning system
Act as anchor between GCC Finance and Global Production, Ensure full transparency on financial performance
Implement all required production controlling report in time, Provide the performance data, reports and analytics and support decision-making
Deliver internal reports and analyses on time and quality
Support internal performance initiatives and monitor long-term effects
Provide a financial reports basis for management
Contribute with extensive business understanding and be a sparring partner for management
Support high management on operational long-term work planning (with numbers and business understanding)
Adapt existing methods or sub-processes as a part of daily business based on analysis and experiences from work with the Management
Su perfil y calificaciones :
University, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance, Controlling or similar discipline)
Professional Knowledge and Experiences
Mastery of finance (e.g. controlling & accounting) including knowledge regarding the integration of theory and principles with organizational and operational practices
Demonstrated experience in a controlling and / or accounting role in MNC
Familiar with production process and strong financial analysis skills
Other Skills & Competencies
English (full proficiency), local language (preferred)
MS Office (mainly Excel, databases / VBA, Power Point, Intranet / Share Point)
ERP systems (SAP, BI)
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage many tasks and projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and promises
Ability to reproduce the current processes and recommend best practices to streamline them
