Your responsibilities
Preparation and verification of VAT, JPK files, IFT-2
Support and active participation during statutory audits
Activation of fixed assets and verification GL
Maintenance and balance of subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
Summarizing financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
Ensuring month-end processes are completed accurately and according to month and year-end closing schedule
Assistance in budget preparation and the annual audit process
Providing feedback / suggestions to improve existing processes and update procedures
Participation in Reporting and Analysis process projects
Support of Accounting Department on a daily basis in identifying, defining and implementing process improvements and processes standardization
Playing an active role in implementing new financial solutions and tools
Protecting organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Our requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting
Extensive experience in working with documentation VAT on Sales and purchases
Experience in preparing and reviewing Account Reconciliations AP
Communicative English
Analytical mindset
Systems acumen
Law knowledge / f.ex.Taxes
