As a team member of the Service, Performance & Vendor Management’ you support the Group Business Support Services (GBSS) COO and the Head of GBSS in the development of the department
Focus of the role is to evolve, maintain and manage the pan GBSS Service Catalog, i.e. :
Assist to create a GBSS internal framework to maintain and manage Service Levels and Performance
Drive update of the current GBSS Service Catalog and Matrix (e.g. SLA, Legal Entities)
Coordinate and guide GBSS sub-departmental Service Owners
Liaise with the Credit Suisse’s Intra Group Service Management and GBSS Finance
The role in addition covers the enhancement of the current pan GBSS Performance Management (i.e. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) to create better transparency with the Divisions and Functions around GBSS Services value added to them, including Cost of Services
Post Graduate with 5-10 years of relevant work experience (e.g. service or project management)
Ability to communicate with a diverse set of senior partners using your excellent skills in English (verbal and written)
Proven analytical background, paired with specific interpersonal skillset, demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities, delivering to established timelines, and to highest quality standard
Well structured, control and detail oriented working style and ability to work autonomously in a global team setup
Advanced MS office skills
Experience in GBSS area would be a plus
