Role Accountabilities :

This position takes work direction from the Sr. Manager of GBS Global CI and Regional CI Manager :

  • Serving as the regional GBS CI Consultant by providing expert guidance in Lean / Six Sigma.
  • Coaching process standardization initiatives aimed at increasing effectiveness, efficiency, and insight.
  • Teaching and coaching continuous improvement to adopt the CI mindset and in the regional GBS organization by providing expert guidance of management systems (visual management, standard work, leader standard work), 4 step problem solving, and DMAIC Project Execution.
  • Delivering CI Foundation Training Program (Lean / Sigma) and Green Belt Certification Program (Six Sigma DMAIC) to the delivery center staff.
  • Working closely with business process teams
  • Supporting the Global Process Owners transformation roadmap related to process standardization
  • The GBS CI Consultant position requires :

  • Lean and Green Belt Six Sigma Certification with project experience
  • Relevant degree in a professional business subject mandatory
  • Relevant professional business process experience preferably with a Global Business Service environment
  • Robotics Process Automation knowledge (process design or technical experience with Blue Prism)
  • Proficient English speaker
  • Key Skills :

  • Analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and workflows
  • Strong discipline to analyze and design end-to-end business process
  • Demonstrated problem solving, facilitation and business acumen skills
  • Capable of working in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across businesses and functions with minimum supervision

    Kimberly-Clark’s Global Business Services operates in 6 sites with 1000+ employees worldwide and growing. Business functions within the GBS scope are Accounting-

    to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Treasury, Management Reporting, Real Estate and Facilities Management. Continuous Improvement is a signature capability of GBS and will be a key driver to deliver cost savings to the enterprise by reducing complexity, delivering services more efficiently and effectively, and freeing up capacity to further grow the GBS operations, enabling business teams to focus on profitably growing our business.
