In the role of Team Manager, you will lead a consultancy unit focused on cloud technologies and solutions. You will be responsible for people & delivery management.
You will report directly to Chief Operating Officer. On the daily basis, you will deal with the recruitment, training, and performance management of your team.
You will be also engaged in boosting and maintaining relationships with customers. Acting as an account manager you will reply to customer requests in collaboration with sales and business development teams.
You will be accountable for the division's financial performance and achieving company-wide goals. Your competencies will help to support our company in defining the business development line.
