Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administrate global SAP HCM-Systems with the main focus time management Germany (PT-DE)
  • Customizing and modification of time schemas and rules to ensure correct and compliant time management
  • Perform configuration (customizing) work as needed to support new and existing functionality, analyze configuration issues (both support and project)
  • Work with the business users / process owners to identify their requirements, organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions
  • Prepare functionality specifications, collaborate with developers to develop and test significant new functionality and enhancements,
  • Identify SAP solution possibilities and discuss with business users / process owner
  • Implement new solutions as a project manager
  • Coordinate legal change packages and end-of-year activities, evaluate the impact, prepare, assist and coordinate testing
  • Responsible for writing Design Specifications and Documentation
  • Perform integration testing, work as necessary to insure that new functionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality
  • Support national and international rollouts of the global SAP HCM system
  • Coordinate external consultants
  • Coordinate time management activities and changes in the global system by giving guidance
  • Your Skills & Strengths

  • Bachelor’s degree in economic computer science or similar area
  • Min. 2 years of experience in implementation and performing SAP Time Management
  • Excellence in creating and defining custom operations and rules
  • Strong functional knowledge of the HCM system
  • Strong experience with year-end activities and support packs implementation
  • Experience in ABAP and ABAP-OO development will be a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent German language skills on min. B2 level (English as well)
  • Ability to manage time and organize effectively with multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently
  • Availability for travelling
