An exciting and demanding role for you as Business Project Manager / Project Management Officer within the CISO and Group COO controls team
The project team’s mission is to support the function’s risk and compliance initiatives, from requirements gathering and mobilization to implementation and closure
You will support the project management related activities including (but not limited to) : requirements gathering, internal alignment, resource and time estimation, planning, progress and plan tracking as well as reporting
Prepare reports, presentations and workshop materials for management of different seniority levels; supporting syndication and ensuring the relevant stakeholders are informed
The opportunity to collaborate in multifaceted, primarily risk or regulatory initiatives and projects across several teams and functions including COO, Risk and Compliance, IT and Operations and Front Divisions.

You Offer
Higher education in Economics / Business or Technology related field
Proven experience of c. 3 7 years within either Banking / Financial Services, Consulting or Project Management; experience in relation to either IT, regulatory or governance change an advantage
Previous experience as either a PMO, Business Analyst or Junior Project Management would be a great asset
Self-starter, positive personality and fast learner with good analytical, communication and presentation skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear way and provide pragmatic solutions highly prized
Objective, results and deadline oriented who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and working as part of a team
Experienced in using MS-Office tools (particularly MS PowerPoint, Excel and Project), other project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence a plus
Business proficiency in English required, German is an advantage
