We are looking for an experienced Communications and Employer Branding Expert to join us as an external consultant for exciting and ambitious cross-functional projects.

Help us make Lundbeck and our inspiring mission more visible by driving communications & employer branding initiatives in our vibrant Krakow office! We are flexible in terms of the cooperation form and the working arrangements.

What you'll do to support our Employer Branding :

Execute on the employer branding strategy and tactics together with the Communications, HR, and Talent Attraction teams

Manage social media activities, career website, and job portals

Advise on branding activities and channels inside and outside the company (including job fairs, relations with universities etc.)

Prepare relevant materials to support branding activities

Inspire and support employees in their branding activities

Track and measure the effectiveness of EB activities in attracting candidates

What you'll do in terms of internal communications :

Develop a wide range of communications materials according to the communications strategy that are reflective of the company’s plans and engagement initiatives.

Deliverables may include, but are not limited to, internal emails, newsletters, presentations, content for internal TV screens, intranet site content.

Work in partnership with various teams to :

Edit written materials

Support the delivery of cross-functional projects and initiatives relating to employee engagement, health & well-being, branding and events.

Work closely with employee networks to drive bottom-up initiatives.

Support the delivery of events such as Town Halls, webinars, eat and learn session etc.

Qualifications, background, experience :

Professional experience in communications and employer branding of at least 2-3 years

Well-developed communication skills and proficiency in English (C1).

Detail-oriented, well-organized team-player with a strong desire to collaborate as part of cross-functional teams.

Keen interest in employee engagement, branding, and communications overall with understanding of best practices and latest approaches.

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.

Knowledge of layout and graphic design principles would be an asset.
