Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Complete HR related requests with focus on HR administration and employee documentation (e.g. creation of contracts, certificates and reference letters, maintenance of employee personal and job-related data)

Perform standard as well as higher value HR activities, such as HR reporting, terminations and contractual matters with impact on compensation

Provide advisory, clarifications and responses to customers’ HR related inquiries

Forward employees’ queries to experts when in-depth functional knowledge is required

Document and follow up on all employee inquiries, issues and transactions

Creation of process documentation

Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance process and customer service quality and efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position

Very good command of German, English and Polish (at least B2)

Proactivity and process improvement orientation

Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and customer focus

Knowledge of German labour law and work experience with SAP Success Factors will be an asset

Willingness to travel during the transition phase
