Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Complete HR related requests with focus on HR administration and employee documentation (e.g. creation of contracts, certificates and reference letters, maintenance of employee personal and job-related data)
  • Perform standard as well as higher value HR activities, such as HR reporting, terminations and contractual matters with impact on compensation
  • Provide advisory, clarifications and responses to customers’ HR related inquiries
  • Forward employees’ queries to experts when in-depth functional knowledge is required
  • Document and follow up on all employee inquiries, issues and transactions
  • Creation of process documentation
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance process and customer service quality and efficiency
  • Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
  • Very good command of German, English and Polish (at least B2)
  • Proactivity and process improvement orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and customer focus
  • Knowledge of German labour law and work experience with SAP Success Factors will be an asset
  • Willingness to travel during the transition phase
