We’re looking for ambitious, motivated and always-on-a-hunt sales masters to join our Commercial Team. If you’re one of those willing to have an impact on the e-commerce players within EU, work in a start-up mode and have an always-be-closing attitude, then we are waiting for you!

Your responsibilities at ZEN will include :

  • Develop a strong sales strategy to grow ZEN.com’s presence at leading European online retailers (groceries, fashion, marketplaces and more).
  • Own a pipeline of 50+ enterprise-level opportunities and drive the end to end sales cycle from establishing the need to closing the deal.
  • Manage client relationships from CEOs to operational teams
  • Partner with merchants to deliver best-in-class online and mobile check-out experience to drive incremental sales with ZEN.com
  • Work with Product, Marketing and Risk teams to enhance ZEN.com’s value proposition and design tailored solutions
  • We're looking for people with :

  • Existing work experience in sales, business development or consulting within a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in selling acquiring and payment methods to e-commerce
  • First-hand knowledge of ecommerce, retail, or payment industry, and genuine interest in digital, mobile commerce and innovation.
  • Strong presentation and listening skills : comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior executives (C-level).
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills; comfortable in a complex selling environment with multiple decision makers at many levels both internally and externally.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, problem solver and deal closer, with a positive, creative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent team player with great interpersonal, cross-cultural, communication skills
  • Fluent in English plus one of the following languages (Polish, French, German, Spanish)
  • Master’s degree or equivalent
