Head of Program Services WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT A CANDIDATE WITH
Previous service development / delivery / management experience
Knowledge of IT service processes (ITIL) and best practices
Strong service delivery skills and relationship management skills
Experience in driving the right behaviour from service providers
Experience in risk management within complex transformation programs
Experience in managing staff members
Experience in planning, monitoring and control activities
Good understanding of marketing, forecasting, planning, implementation, and performance analysis
Good understanding of typical service management issues
Past hands-on experience in providing IT services
Knowledge of current and emerging technologies
Knowledge of the IT service providers market
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related field (or equivalent work experience).
MBA preferred but not required
ITIL certification preferably intermediate / Service Lifecycle Path;Preferred project management training and / or PMP / PRINCE2 certification
Excellent communication and leadership skills, RISE TO THE CHALLENGE The Head of Program Services is accountable for the seamless, continuous, preparation, execution and monitoring of all the services required by the program to accomplish its goals.
Define, manage, and implement in collaboration with the Head of the Program the long term strategic IT service roadmap
Support the sourcing manager in defining and maintaining sourcing maxims (objectives) with business stakeholders and translating them into IT sourcing objectives for service development, delivery, run and maintenance
Support the definition and maintenance of the sourcing governance framework (decision-making processes that impact internal and external resources and services) in line with the sourcing maxims
Drive the identification and formalisation of service requirements via SLAs, OLAs and SOWs and define the way whom reporting to him / her should support negotiation team and purchasing functions in SOW, SLA and OLA negotiations with external providers
Drive a process to properly evaluate service costs and provided value, support business cases with service components characteristics and ensure that proper resources (appropriate characteristics and enough quantity) are provided on time to every service
Ensure that a consistent approach and a plan is defined across all IT services to manage risks in the service-delivery plans
Drive the release management process, including CAB organization, release calendar management and resolution of all release related issues
Drive the test management service, leveraging automation and providing effective no regression test planning and execution in order to ensure that every software component is accepted for operation prior being released in production WE OFFER
