Partof Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at Credit Suisse, the Model Risk Management(MRM) team has a mandate to validate theBank's business-impactful models firm-wide and more generally to identifymeasure and manage model risk across Credit Suisse.
Comprehensive management ofmodel risk is an emerging industry focus. The team is currently rolling out aglobal model governance framework and performs detailed technical validation ofmany types of models across Credit Suisse.
The team is established in London,Zurich, New York, Mumbai, Warsaw and Singapore.
As Model Risk Management Reportingspecialist, you will be required to :
Support the MRM Program rollout and BAU processes, establishing strong model governance and model risk reporting across Credit Suisse businesses.
Support the bank's model risk appetite framework, model risk aggregation process and reporting for all model groups, also meeting specific legal entity requirements.
Take initiatives in the development of model risk appetite policy and manuals.
Be up to date with regulatory requirements and help the global team evolve its standards through model documentation templates, IT infrastructure and model risk policy reviews.
Support planning and partner engagement, results interpretation and presentation.
Support the team in executing assigned tasks and ensure that metrics such as KPIs and SLAs are always met and often exceeded.
Assist reporting manager in designing the business reporting templates / dashboards etc. and automation of reporting requirements.
Act as a point of escalation for all priority issues and provide effective solutions to internal and external partners.
Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and coordinate across global teams to deliver the reports.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
At least 2-3 years’ work experience in the Financial Services / BFSI industry / a financial function, preferably in a MIS / reporting environment within a large financial services organization.
Experience in Risk Management would be an advantage!
Strong expertise in writing Access, Excel Macros with Excel VBA for different Business Environments.
Experience in designing templates, user forms, user defined functions and creating and using add-ins.
Proficient in loading data from multiple data sources into Excel Reports using Excel VBA
Build VBA programs to automatically update Excel workbooks, encompassing class and program modules and external data queries.
Create pivot tables and charts using worksheet data and external resources, modified pivot tables, sorted items and group data, and refreshed and formatted pivot tables.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills combined with the self-confidence required to approach (often senior) partners to address issues as required.
Strong analytical skills, including a detailed understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
Self-motivation, discipline, and task focus, including, the ability to structure your work and a proven record of delivering high quality results to strict deadlines.
Working Knowledge of SharePoint 2010 and MS InfoPath.
An effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
