Due to the dynamic development of our Financial Crime Unit in Gdańsk - providing services in areas related to international regulations for the world'
s largest financial institutions, we are looking for a person for the Human Capital department for the position of :
Recruiter - Team Coordinator
Recruitment Coordinator will support the recruitment processes for PwC Financial Crime Unit.
The role :
run end-to-end recruitments projects for senior positions (AML, IT, Project and People Management) for the Financial Crime Unit team in Gdańsk and Warsaw
updating stakeholders about progress and challenges in recruitment projects
coordinate work of recruitment team in FCU in Gdańsk
using various recruitment and Employer Branding tools to attract candidates
cooperation with hiring managers to ensure achieving recruitment targets FCU
preparation of status reports on ongoing recruitment processes
partner with Hiring Managers and team to design effective hiring strategies
participation in additional projects in the area of human resource management
participation in EB fairs and events, cooperation with thematic portals
Candidate’s profile :
min.2 year of experience in recruiting for the internal HR department or recruitment agency
experience managing high volume recruitment processes would be an asset
fluent English (written and spoken)
min. Bachelor's degree
team management / coordination experience would be an advantage
ability to work in a dynamic environment, very good organization of own work, initiative
exceptional business partnership and stakeholder management skills
highly organize, data-oriented
a pro-active, flexible, can-do attitude is essential
highly resilient, relentless and cheerful in the face of challenges
